Sorry, have to vent to my friends on here...as we've been having this conversation a lot lately. I know some of you have been in the same boat, looking for your next role, etc.... but the compensation and what is expected is SO beyond out of whack right now. Just a had a call where the requirements were: Minimum of 10 Years in sales, partnerships, or channel management. Must have experience building partnerships strategy and teams, must have deep understanding of all cloud providers, as well as SIs, MSPs, and ISV partner ecosystem. .................. and the OTE would be a 40% cut. 😊 Great time to be alive!
